- To promote academic excellence through the continuous development of the faculty, both in the mastery of their discipline and in the application of teaching techniques, modalities and methods, in harmony with the nature of the student population.
- To foster the development of knowledge through research and creative activity in the academic community.
- Promote efficiency and effectiveness in teaching, administrative and student processes and services, in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, as well as the standards of accrediting agencies.
- Cultivate the leadership of the university community to contribute to the social and cultural enrichment of our country and its economic development, through participation in community, business and professional projects.
