** Applies to campuses with an Advancement Process. Advances for eligible students will be sent by check and direct deposit during the first week of classes.
*** For total terminations apply the Institutional Reimbursement and Repayment Policy and Procedure.
**** From that date on, there will be crediting on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and on Fridays there will be crediting and reimbursement until June 19, 2026. Checks will be mailed no later than three (3) days after reimbursement.
