* Each unit will use as many days as it deems necessary.
** For total write-offs apply the Institutional Reimbursement and Repayment Policy and Procedure.
*** From this date onwards there will be accreditation every Tuesday and Thursday, and on Fridays there will be accreditation and reimbursement until June 19, 2026. Checks will be mailed to students no later than three (3) days after the refund process.
