*       For this purpose, each academic unit will determine its internal calendar.

**      Apply only for campus with Advance Process.  Advances checks delivery to eligible students and direct deposit during first week of classes.

***    Apply the Institutional Policy of Reimbursement and repayment to total withdrawals.

****   After this date, there will be accreditation every Tuesday and Thursday, and Friday there will be an accreditation and refund process until June 24, 2025.  Check delivery to students will be made not later than three (3) days after each Reimbursement Process.

When applicable, the academic units should arrange to meet the teaching hours of each course.
