  19 Thursday Last day to withdraw from individual courses with a refund of 75% of tuition cost (fees not included)
  23 Monday Holiday:  Abolition of Slavery in Puerto Rico
  24 Tuesday Cancellation of courses for students who have not paid registration
  26 Thursday Last day for students to decline the book Voucher
  26 Thursday Last day to withdraw from individual courses with a refund of 50% of tuition cost (fees not included)

March 30 Monday Last day for faculty to enter the “AW” to the Interweb Roll Book
  31 Tuesday Last day for the Administration to make registration changes. Cut-off Date/Enrollment Process
April 1 Wednesday Accreditation of financial aid to students and refund****
  2 – 5 Thursday – Sunday Easter Recess
  6 Monday Book Voucher expires
  7 – 8 Tuesday – Wednesday Checks delivery to students and direct deposit
  10 Friday Last day for students to apply removal of incomplete grades of the previous bimester
  10 Friday Last day to enter midterm grades in Interweb Roll Book
  15 Wednesday Payment extension due
  20 Monday Begin Period of Eligibility for Incomplete (I)
May 13 Wednesday Last day of classes
  13 Wednesday Last day to withdraw from individual courses or total withdrawal from classes with “W” and to submit any complaints related to the grades of the previous term
  14 – 15 Thursday – Friday Final Exam Period
  16 Saturday Last day to enter grades to the “Interweb Roll Book”

*       For this purpose, each academic unit will determine its internal calendar.

**      Apply only for campus with Advance Process.  Advances checks delivery to eligible students and direct deposit during first week of classes.

***    Apply the Institutional Policy of Reimbursement and repayment to total withdrawals.

****   After this date, there will be accreditation every Tuesday and Thursday, and Friday there will be an accreditation and refund process until June 19, 2026.  Check delivery to students will be made not later than three (3) days after each Reimbursement Process.

When applicable, the academic units should arrange to meet the teaching hours of each course.
