* Apply only for campus with Advance process. Advances checks delivery to eligible students and Direct Deposit during first week of classes.
** After this date, there will be accreditation every Tuesday and Thursday, and Friday there will be an Accreditation and Refund Process until June 19, 2026. Check delivery to students will be made not later than three (3) days after each Reimbursement Process.
Note: Academic units must ensure compliance with Hour-credit Policy.
