Corporate Identity

The official name of Inter American University of Puerto Rico will be restricted to events of a legal nature. This denomination has been created to increase the impact of our marketing strategies. Our name defines the Corporate Identity and should be used in any field required.

 

Stamp

The corporate stamp of Inter American University of Puerto Rico is a round printing with the words,“UNIVERSIDAD INTERAMERICANA DE PUERTO RICO”. “FUNDADA 1912” (Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Founded in 1912).

The university shield is inside the circle, which shows four symbols: the steps, the lamp, the map of the Western Hemisphere map and the cross. This stamp must be used on any official document.


Symbol


Exclusively designed for Inter American University, the symbol consists of four figures each depicting an intrinsic social value.
 

 


 
Logo

This graphic representation symbolizes the Institution and has been designed with unique and exclusive typographic elements.

Trademark

The symbol, the logo and the stamp (which should always be presented for maximum identification purpose) make up the University trademark.

 
Official colors

The colors that define the University trademark are green (PMS 335), yellow (PMS 122), and gold (PMS872). These will be used in required events.
Logo Meaning and Use

The Inter American University of Puerto Rico or INTER, as we are popularly known, uses green typography (PMS 335) combined with yellow (PMS 122). Black typography, and green (PMS 335) or yellow (point) (PMS 122) could also be used. Its use is limited to promotional activities and should not be used to substitute the trademark in official literature.
 
Mascot

The tiger is the official mascot of Inter American University of
Puerto Rico.
